Katie Knight & Anna-May

Katie and Anna-May run their classes at Chantry Studios together.

Katie provides practices and techniques to support children with special educational needs (SEN) and their caregivers. Katie has undertaken her training through The British Wheel of Yoga and Special Yoga Practitioner Autism & ADHD. Katie offers accessible and inclusive Hatha Yoga designed for children of all ages and abilities.

Anna-May is a qualified Yoga teacher since 2014. She has a passion for sharing Yoga and Mindfulness with children of all ages- from curious toddlers to growing teens, in a fun empowering way. Her mission is to introduce Yoga philosophy through play, movement and imagination, inspiring young minds to grow in confidence, curiosity and heart. Anna-May brings a warm, approachable energy that makes Yoga fun, accessible and meaningful for all ages.

Nancie Nam

I’m Nancie from Blue Phoenix Yoga, and I lead Hatha Yoga at Chantry Studios. My teaching experience ranges from Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, and Rocket yoga to yoga-inspired programs like Les Mills BodyBalance and Animal Flow. Yoga is my passion, and it has gifted me so much over the past 20 years—not only a strong body but also more freedom for my mind and soul to flourish. My classes aim to share my passion and knowledge of yoga with others, providing you with tools to enhance your physical and mental well-being.

Luke Ballard

Luke Ballard is a yoga instructor who specializes in 4-beat dynamic vinyasa yoga. 4-beat is based on the rocket sequence and uses music to synchronise breath with movement. Taking the core Rocket philosophy of Inclusivity, the practice is designed to be accessible to people of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The modifications and variations offered in the sequences make it possible for individuals with varying abilities to participate.

Lee leads Ashtanga Yoga at Chantry Studios. Lee is a senior Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and the British Wheel of Yoga. His classes are suitable for complete beginners and experienced Ashtanga Yoga practitioners.

Wendy Haigh

Wendy leads Ashtanga and Hatha Flow Yoga at Chantry Studios. Wendy began her Yoga teaching journey in 2012 and is a qualified senior teacher with Yoga Alliance. Wendy’s classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners and she believes that everyone can benefit from Yoga.
