Children’s Yoga & SEN Children’s Yoga Classes

Children’s Yoga & SEN Children’s Yoga classes are ran by Katie & Anna-May.

SEN Children’s Yoga

When: 4.30-5.15pm on Fridays

Age range: 6-11 yrs

Classes will include a range of breath work, physical touch, singing and sound, yoga postures and relaxation practices. The intention will be to create a space where children feel safe, aiming to bring physical comfort and energetic balance.

Children’s Yoga

When: 5.30-6.15pm on Fridays

Age range: 6-11yrs

Great for all abilities, practicing yoga may help children to build strength, physical confidence, body awareness and balance. Themed classes include yoga, breathing and mindfulness techniques, games and relaxation practice.
