Pilates Circuit Course with Zoe Cornwall

Join Zoe on this new and exciting, four week, low impact Pilates Circuit Course. You will learn a variety of Pilates exercises, including Mat work, ball exercises and trying out the aerial hammocks! Suitable for all levels, from beginners to the advanced. Feel confident with your core going into the Summer months!
