Teija Jones


Teija is a Level 3 independent Pilates Instructor, Group Exercise and Mindful movement Coach. I work with groups and individuals to empower strength from within. Finding freedom of movement, connecting body, breath and mind. I am a firm believer that building strength starts at the core, therefore all classes are functional and build on the strength of the powerhouse of the body. I work with individuals to help tune in to their mindset and create a programme tailored to their goals and aspirations. For me, movement is medicine, it’s all about the holistic approach to health and wellbeing and not just about creating a leaner, stronger body, although the added benefits are great. Exercise allows me to de-stress, and tune out of the daily chaos of family life, let me help you to do the same. My specialities lie within Strength & Conditioning through Pilates, Yoga and Animal Flow. Join in with me and notice your body start to move more efficiently and stand taller!

Zoe Cornwall

Specialising in Aerial Pilates, Zoe is the first Air Control Pilates Instructor in London. She has been teaching Mat Pilates for 13 years, and Reformer Pilates for 6 and is a Principle Trainer for a London Reformer Studio. Zoe’s classes offer a solid technical foundation with a fun variety and practical approach to movement.

Liz Murphy

Liz leads Mat Pilates for Over 60s at Chantry Studios. Liz is an experienced Pilates Foundation certified teacher, qualified to teach all levels of Pilates. She has a particular interest in Pilates for over 60s, post and pre natal as well as Pilates for sports.

Liza Langford

Liza has been working in the fitness industry for more than 20 years. She qualified as a Pilates teacher in 2009, having successfully completed her Level 3 Matwork Pilates Diploma, Pilates Advanced REPS Level 3 and Pilates Improver certifications. Liza believes it is essential that we embrace exercise as part of our lifestyle and with this in mind, she works towards making her classes fun and exciting.
