Mum & Baby Yoga

Led by EB Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga classes are designed to safely rebuild core strength, release tension in the back neck and shoulders in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Most importantly they allow you an opportunity to bond with your baby.

Suitable from 6 weeks postnatal following a natural birth, and 10 weeks postnatal following a C-section before you join these classes (once you have had your postnatal medical check).

Suitable for babies from 6 weeks until your baby is crawling.
