Adult Dance Fitness

This weekly class is great for those of you who want to get into fitness without the pressure of taking a class at the gym, and those who want to join a community filled with like minded people who just want to take some time and to work on their selves mentally and physically. 

The classes run with a two-week turnover so you can work on improving your technique and confidence.

Bylthe’s classes offer a safe space for anyone and everyone over the age of 18. Dance and Fitness cleanses your soul, your mind as well as your body and Blythe believes that everyone should take a moment to get off their phones and get into the movement!
