Suitable for all levels – throughout the practice we will focus on a variety of static postures, allowing our minds and bodies to unite in stillness, to rest and restore. Thus reducing any stress or anxiety, as well as improving circulation and flexibility, greater joint mobility and balance to the internal organs. A guided meditation will support the practice giving a sense of calm and tranquility.
Yin Yoga is deeply peaceful and relaxing, it will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated…perhaps just what you need at this busy time of year leading up to Christmas.
