Learn valuable techniques to decrease stress & anxiety in this introductory course based on the 8 week Mindful based stress reduction (MBSR).
The classes will combine meditation practice and discussions and will enable you to discover the benefits of mindfulness which can include improved sleep, concentration, emotional resilience and many more.
