Pernilla is a CMA certified sound healing facilitator, devoted to guiding others on a transformative journey towards self-discovery and inner balance. With a deep passion for sound therapy, she combines her expertise as a Reiki practitioner and yoga teacher to create a relaxing and restorative experience. Rooted in Latin America-inspired shamanic traditions and the meditative practices of Zen Buddhism, she offers a holistic approach that promotes healing on every level- physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
