Meditation Course

Wilfred’s courses skilfully blend the scientific and spiritual aspects of meditation, aiming to empower participants to learn Meditation and manage their well being.

Wilfred’s next 4 week course will be running from the 3rd – 24th February 2025.

Week 1 – 3rd February

·         Introduction to Meditation the science and styles and to experience this

Week 2 – 10th February

·         The role of breath, mindfulness, and body scan in meditation.

Week 3 – 17th February

·         Learning visualization, Loving Kindness and other meditation techniques to suit you.

Week 4 – 24th February

·         Being equipped and ready to incorporate Meditation into daily life.
