KUNDALINI YOGA AND MEDITATION is a holistic practice, incorporating breathing techniques, posture, meditation and mantra(chanting). These classes are taught in an accessible way and complete beginners are very welcome to join us.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Pernilla
Pernilla is a RYT200 qualified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals. She started practising yoga as a way to help recover from problems with her back and shoulders and wants to share with others the many benefits a regular yoga practice offers.
Vinyasa Flow is an uplifting and energising yoga practice which combines movement with breath, to increase strength, flexibility and balance while helping to focus and calm the mind.
Level: beginner and intermediate.

Jayne has been practising yoga for more than 10 years. After practising mainly Sivananda & Vinyasa, Jayne decided to deepen her practice further by taking her 200 hour training in Vinyasa Flow with the Yoga London teacher training program in 2015, to enable her to share the great benefits of yoga with others. More recently she has also taken further training with Yoga Bananas to teach yoga to children. Jayne’s classes are available to all levels including beginners.
