Children’s yoga classes exercise the body, the mind and the breath. Each week children discover a new theme through the practising of fun yoga poses, exciting games and relaxation/breathing techniques.

Holistic Flow Yoga
A holistic blend of hatha and vinyasa yoga, designed to ease stress, release tension and cultivate balance, rejuvenation, strength and flexibility in body, heart and mind. A therapeutic approach exploring alignment, sound, relaxation and meditation, using breath both to uplift and calm the whole system.
