1 hour mixed ability mat Pilates class, fantastic for:

Pilates for the Over 60s with Liz

Liz Murphy is an experienced Pilates Foundation certified teacher, qualified to teach all levels of pilates,  with a special interest in pilates for over 60s, antenatal and post natal pilates, as well as pilates for sport.
In this one-hour mat class we aim to improve:
*Flexibility
*Balance
*Posture
*Strength
All exercises are tailored to be safe for this age group.
