Morning Pilates Classes with Russell

Russell has taught Pilates for seven years and teaches to intermediate level for matwork as well as offering Bodycontrol Pilates for Golfers.Russell started doing pilates for backpain that he suffered himself and after great benefits, he wanted to share this with others.
